TUBO APP TERMS OF USE Effective Date: January 2026
1. Introduction Welcome to Tubo ("the App"), a platform operated by Tubo Logistics Limited ("the Company," "we," "us"). By downloading or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. The Service Tubo operates as a marketplace and logistics aggregator that connects:
Users (Customers) wanting to purchase goods or send parcels.
Vendors (Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies) selling goods.
Dispatch Partners (Riders) providing delivery services.
3. Account Registration & Verification
You must provide accurate information (Name, Phone Number, Email) to create an account.
Identity Verification: To ensure safety, we may require proof of identity (such as a photo of your NIN slip, Voter’s Card, or live selfie). By providing these, you consent to our manual or automated verification process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account PIN/Password.
4. User Conduct You agree not to use the App to:
Send illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items (e.g., narcotics, weapons, explosives).
Harass, abuse, or defraud Vendors or Dispatch Partners.
Create fake orders.
5. Limitation of Liability
Marketplace Goods: Tubo is an intermediary. While we vet our vendors, we are not the manufacturer of the food or groceries sold. We are not liable for the quality or safety of food prepared by third-party restaurants, though we will assist in resolving disputes.
Parcels: Our liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the value declared at the time of booking, subject to our maximum insurance cap (as stated in the App).
